Outsourced bid capability
For organisations without an internal bid team, we work as the bid team — deciding what to pursue, planning, writing, reviewing and submitting on your behalf.

Winning public sector contracts is not a writing exercise. It is an evidence exercise. Buyers score what you can prove — outcomes, systems, staffing, social value — in the language and structure their evaluation model demands.
Clear tender strategy, evidence-led writing and honest bid advice.

Why BidCentra exists
Most organisations lose marks not because their service is weaker, but because their submission does not show what they actually do.
BidCentra exists to close that gap. We write, review and manage bids for organisations selling to the public sector, and we bring two things that rarely sit together: professional bid technique and genuine operational understanding of the sectors we work in.
Illustrative patterns, not client quotations.
We support organisations through every stage of the tendering process — from deciding whether an opportunity is worth pursuing, through framework and supplier qualification stages, to full bid writing, review and submission.
Every stage of the process
For organisations without an internal bid team, we work as the bid team — deciding what to pursue, planning, writing, reviewing and submitting on your behalf.
For organisations that already have a bid function, we add expertise, challenge and delivery support where it is needed most.
Both are welcome. Short-notice work included — though we will tell you straight away if a deadline cannot be done justice in the time available.
Four principles decide every submission we put our name to. They are the reason clients believe us when it matters.
Every answer is structured against the published evaluation criteria and scoring model, not against what sounds impressive.
In practice The evaluation model determines the structure.
Numbers, dates, named examples and verifiable outcomes. Adjectives do not score.
In practice Every meaningful claim needs supporting evidence.
If we do not think an opportunity is winnable, we will say so before you spend money on it. Saying that occasionally is why our clients believe us the rest of the time.
In practice A disciplined no protects time, margin and delivery capacity.
Overstated claims can get a bidder excluded, and unmet commitments become contract problems later. We put forward what is true about your organisation, told properly.
In practice Tender commitments must remain operationally deliverable.
Our method, step by step
The principles are not a slogan. This is the practical sequence behind a response — human, rigorous and repeatable.
See the method applied end to end in our illustrative case studies.
Where we draw the line
Nobody honestly can. What we will do is make sure your submission represents you accurately, answers what was actually asked, evidences every claim, and is submitted on time.
Submissions must reflect your actual capabilities, processes and commitments. We put forward what is true about your organisation, told properly.
Anything written into a tender can become a contractual commitment, and unmet commitments become contract problems later.
If an opportunity is not winnable, we will say so before you commit resources. Bid and no-bid honesty is part of the service.
What we can promise
A response that answers exactly what was asked, represents your organisation accurately, uses your evidence properly, and is prepared with discipline.
Professional integrity
We will not work on both sides of the same opportunity. Once we are engaged to support you on a tender lot, we are not available to a competing bidder for that same lot.
A live conflict register keeps this real, not aspirational.
Who we work with
We support organisations across three sectors where public contracts are won on quality and evidence rather than price alone, and where the operational detail matters.
Quality, safety, workforce, safeguarding, outcomes and continuity.
Mobilisation, TUPE, staffing resilience, quality control, KPIs and multi-site delivery.
Impact evidence, outcomes, partnerships, governance and sustainable delivery.
These are the sectors we know deepest. See the full industries overview for how the same discipline applies more widely. Explore our industries
Engagements start with a conversation, not a proposal.
Tell us what you are bidding for, or what you are worried about, and we will give you a straight assessment of where you stand and what we would do about it. The next step depends on the opportunity and on capacity — not every conversation has to become a full engagement.
Share the opportunity, deadline and current position. We will give you a straight view of where you stand and what the most practical next step would be.
